Cleansing carrot, celery and lemon juice.

If you are feeling a little under the weather, this juice is great for giving your immune system an extra helping hand. It is crammed full of nutrients that help to fight infections and the alkalising quality of the lemons help to soothe a sore throat.

Ingredients

4 large carrots, halved

6 celery sticks

2 lemons, halved

(optional - add an inch piece of ginger for an extra boost)

Directions

Juice alternate pieces of carrot, celery and lemon.

Drink as soon as possible.
