This gorgeous berry smoothie is ready in minutes and will keep you satisfied until your next meal thanks to the addition of oats , which make the smoothie thicker and more filling and provide you with a welcome dose of cholesterol lowering benefits. The addition of raspberries and blueberries up your vitamin and mineral intake and also add a lovely natural sweetness as well as a gorgeous colour.
